Job Description
As a YES Sales Associate, you'll be:
- Engaging with customers to provide exceptional service and assist with their fashion needs.
- Maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Participating in merchandising and inventory management.
- Gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of retail operations.
Requirements:
- Aged between 18 to 29 years old.
- Matric preferred; Grade 10 minimum.
- Available and willing to work a fixed-term 12-month contract.
- Not permanently employed with a single employer for more than one year.
- Not studying full-time during the year of employment (April 23 – March 24).
- Not previously registered on the YES programme.
- Able to manage accommodation and transportation independently.
Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups as per the Employment Equity Act.
