Job Description
As a Customer Service and Financial Education professional at Old Mutual, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and financial education.
- Achieving monthly sales targets for lending, transactional banking, and insurance products.
- Servicing existing policies, facilitating claims, and addressing customer complaints and queries.
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance of loan application documentation.
- Educating clients on responsible credit use and effective money management.
- Building and maintaining new business pipelines through marketing and lead generation.
- Adhering to internal regulatory and legislative guidelines to ensure quality business practices.
- Delivering high standards of service and quality in processing lending products.
- Promoting the professional image of Old Mutual through adherence to dress code and professional behaviour.
Minimum Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate (Equivalent NQF level 4)
- Minimum of 1 year of sales or service experience, preferably in Retail, Banking, or Financial Industries
