Responsibilities

• Data Entry: Capture patient information into various database platforms, such as TIER.Net and other Department of Health (DoH) applications.
• Data Quality: Conduct data quality assessments and audits with guidance from the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer.
• Data Validation: Perform monthly data validations using prescribed tools on data collected from DHIS, TIER.Net, and TB modules/ETR.
• Support: Assist facility data capturers in creating run-charts for DIP elements.
• Tracing Outcomes: Update tracing outcomes from Community Health Workers (CHWs) and Community Liaison Officers (CLOs) on the defaulter tracing tool.
• Data Coordination: Collect ad-hoc and routine weekly data from facilities by all Anova team members in the sub-district.

Requirements

• Education: Grade 12 (Matric). A tertiary qualification is an added advantage.
• Experience: Demonstrated data capturing competency through experience or training.
• Skills: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
