Job Description
As an Apprentice Artisan Millwright, you will join a 4-year training program to become a skilled Millwright. Your tasks will include:
- Completing both practical and theoretical training.
- Studying and understanding relevant subjects.
- Attending courses at formal learning institutions.
- Getting hands-on experience in a manufacturing plant during your studies.
- Learning about general induction, maintenance theory and practice, dairy technology, and productivity.
- Completing practical training and passing the Millwright Trade Test at the training center.
- Working in a manufacturing plant to gain work experience during the program.

Requirements
- Grade 12 with at least 60% in Physical Science and 60% in Mathematics (not maths literacy).
- NQF Level 4 in Electrical and Mechanical subjects.
- Experience in a production or maintenance department is a plus but not required.
