Experience:

• Minimum: No experience required, but a Grade 12 National Certificate is essential.
• Ideal: Some client service experience in retail, financial, or banking environments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
• Ideal or Preferred: Knowledge of bank branch environments, Capitec Bank products, and business processes.
