Job Description:
Purpose Statement:
The role involves welcoming clients and coordinating branch flow through efficient queue management. This includes providing excellent client service, assisting clients at ATMs, and completing transactions on remote or self-service channels. The position aims to impart the knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting.
Experience:
- Minimum: No experience required, but a Grade 12 National Certificate is essential.
- Ideal: Some client service experience in retail, financial, or banking environments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
- Ideal or Preferred: Knowledge of bank branch environments, Capitec Bank products, and business processes.
Knowledge:
- Minimum: Basic calculations, engaging with people, and clarity on personal aspirations.
- Ideal: In-depth understanding of bank branch operations and Capitec’s product offerings.
Skills:
- Communication skills
- Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Interpersonal and relationship management skills
