1. General Worker Requirements
- No formal qualifications required, but a Grade 9 certificate is preferred.

- Basic communication skills in English (or local language).
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Experience in general labor or factory work is an advantage.
2. Cashier Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge or experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Previous experience as a cashier is an advantage but not always required.
3. Call Centre Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
- Fluent in English (and additional languages can be an advantage).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and remain calm with customers.
- Good problem-solving and listening skills.
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is an advantage but not essential.
