Requirements

- A three-year National Diploma/Degree in Human Resource will be an advantage.
Role and Responsibilities
The Administration Clerk for Human Resource Development (HRD) and Performance Management and Development System (PMDS) provides essential administrative support to the HR department. This role involves:
- Supporting HRD Processes: Provide administrative assistance for internal bursaries and the departmental induction program.
- Assisting with PMDS: Administer the performance management and development processes, including the moderation of performance and implementation of performance incentives.
- General Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks to support HR functions and ensure efficient operation within the department.
