Istore company which is the seller of iPhone is currently looking for South African people with matric, looking to apply for Istore Learnerships

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed Matric
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Familiarity with common operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong customer service orientation
• Familiarity with support ticketing systems

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers in-store and over the phone
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software
