As a learner at AECI Mining you will be given the following responsibility listed below:
- Responsible for good housekeeping and safety in area of work. Adhere to all safety requirements.
- Participate in and maintain activities relating to the World Class Manufacturing Programme (WCM)
- Report all hazards to Production supervisor and log these hazards as per hazard spotting programme.
- Ensure that all safety critical plant, equipment and vehicles are in good working order at all times and maintain records thereof.
- Ensure that all quality critical plant and equipment are in good working order at all times and maintain records thereof.
- Attend and participate in all plant production and safety meetings.
- Make sure that all PPE is in good order before use.
- Weigh-out raw materials accurately according to the works order requirements.
- Perform specific activities with the assistance of computer systems.
- Manufacture products according to manufacturing instructions and adhere to safety and quality rules and standards at all times.
- Make sure all production records is continuously updated for each works order eg. Log sheets, Check sheets.
- Label product containers and Pack out product once QC Passed according to works order and adhere to safety and quality rules and standards at all times.
Eligible
The opportunity awaits unemployed individual who will meet the below requirements: Matric/grade 12 or N3 with maths and science.
Successful learners to be placed at Chloorkop site.
