- Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate, NQF Level 4 in Commerce/Accounting/ Financial Management or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of Suspense / Bookkeeping practices.
- Computer skills (MS Word and Excel).
- Competencies:
- Good communication skills.
- strong analytical skills, report writing skills and proven interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Basic Accounting System.
- (BAS) Knowledge of Public Service Regulations.
- Public Finance Management Act, Treasury Regulations and applicable circulars/instruction Notes/practice Notes, determinations, financial policies and procedures.
